Due to the custom-made nature of our glass, mirror, aluminum, and installation services, returns and refunds are generally not accepted once production or installation has started.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review measurements, specifications, and project details before confirming the order.

If there is any issue related to damage, manufacturing defects, or installation errors caused by our team, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery or installation and we will review the case accordingly.
